Welcome to Txoko LA. By submitting a sign-up form on our website (txoko.la), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not submit your information.

Txoko LA ("Txoko," "we," "us," or "our") is a private popup dining event series based in Los Angeles, California. Our website allows interested guests, hosts, and catering clients to express interest and receive communications about upcoming events.

2. Eligibility

By submitting a form on our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Our events and communications are intended for adults only.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form on our website. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our list and disqualification from future events.

4. SMS Text Message Communications

By checking the text notification option on our sign-up form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Txoko LA at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on event activity. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or event attendance. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Txoko LA's text message program is subject to the following additional terms:

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
To re-enroll, you must submit a new sign-up form.
Txoko LA is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

5. Email Communications

By providing your email address and opting in, you consent to receive event invitations, announcements, and updates from Txoko LA. You may opt out at any time by replying "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any email or by contacting us at teamtxoko@gmail.com.

6. No Guarantee of Event Access or Availability

Signing up does not guarantee attendance at any Txoko event. Events are subject to capacity limits, and spots are allocated at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events at any time without liability.

Your submitted information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property
